Standard Delivery Rates
We ship to the USA, Canada and International using the best shipping rate at the time, this could be FedEx Home, United Parcel Service, or United States Parcel Service.
We can ship to a post office box. Your address must include a street address and include an apartment, suite, or floor where applicable. Any delivery surcharge incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be billed to the customer. Most orders shipped are normally received in 3 to 5 business days after your order leaves our store and most orders leave within 24 hours weekends excluded.
Effective March 1, 2010 we will be adding a $1.00 handling fee to each order due to the rising cost of packaging materials that we are being charged.
If you are not satisfied with a product, call within 5 days of receipt, return the product and after we receive the returned merchandise in good condition we will refund the value of your merchandise less restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return of the product. There is a 15% restocking charge for all items. No returns after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
Bulk orders can only be returned if they are complete and no packages have been opened. Restocking fee applies. The only exception is a damaged product which we will gladly make good.
Availability and prices may be subject to change without notice. We will inform you of any changes in pricing prior to shipping.
If your package is damaged or crushed in any way be sure to have the delivery person mark it “Damaged” then sign for it. If you do not sign for the package “damaged” a claim cannot be issued. Notify our office immediately so we can take the necessary actions to get you a replacement for the damaged goods.
